Thank you for shopping with 30 Day Rewire. We strive to provide high-quality digital and physical products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, workbooks, journals, templates, planners, and other downloadable content are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase or believe you received an incorrect or defective file, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Products

Many of our physical products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size, color, or variation
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once production has started or a digital product has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled.
